Billing

In our practice, we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible care and attention. That is why we have partnered with Infomedics for the sending and collection of our bills.

In the case of patients with Dutch health insurance, Infomedics will send the invoice directly to the insurance company.

If there is no Dutch health insurance, Infomedics will send the invoice to the parents/caretakers of the patient.

What happens to your information?

To process bills quickly and accurately, we share your information with Infomedics.

Infomedics takes all necessary measures to protect your information to the fullest extent possible, and of course, they comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy protection. Infomedics payment terms

Infomedics complies with all privacy, legal, and regulatory rules and regulations, both those applicable to us as a healthcare provider and those applicable to Infomedics.

What are the most important payment terms of your Infomedics bill?

  • If possible, Infomedics may declare your bill with your Dutch health insurance provider. Any reimbursement will be indicated on the bill.
  • Infomedics expects payment of the bill before the due date indicated on the invoice.
  • If payment is not received before the due date, you will be in default without the need for further notice. If you have forgotten to pay, you will receive a reminder asking you to pay the bill within 15 days of receipt. If payment is not received within this time frame, Infomedics will charge interest and collection costs.
  • Infomedics may first deduct your payment from the collection costs, followed by any accrued interest, and finally from the original amount of your bill.

Please note that if you file a complaint or switch to another healthcare provider, you are still obligated to pay your bill. Your payment obligation cannot be suspended.
