House rules

Welcome to Tandenfeest dental practice!

We ask that you please observe the following house rules:

  1. Communication: We encourage open communication between our patients and staff. If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment, please don’t hesitate to ask.
  2. Please update us with any changes regarding your home address, health insurance, email, telephone number.
  3. When you make an appointment it is your responsibility to remember it, therefore, please write it down and/or make a reminder. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive a reminder/ notification from us.
  4. Cancellation of an appointment policy: When you book an appointment with us, we reserve that time especially for you, which means that we cannot offer it to anyone else. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 2 working days in advance, so we can offer the appointment to another patient who needs it. In the event that you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel with less than 2 working days’ notice, we will be unable to offer that appointment to someone else. In addition, it also hinders our ability to provide the best possible service by disrupting our schedule and creating gaps in our appointment book.
  5. Late cancellation/No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 2 working days before, will be charged. The costs that are charged are € 80,- for control appointment and €160,- for a treatment appointment. Please note that your health insurance does not cover this amount and you are responsible for the payment.

As we work in accordance with the KNMT, we kindly ask you to refer to the KNMT payment terms and conditions for important information about payment arrangements and patient responsibility for payments related to dental treatments. You can find these terms and conditions on following link (in Dutch):

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in these matters!
